Job Title: Arrears Support Advisor
This is a full-time role for 6 months.
About the Role
As an Arrears Support Advisor, you will provide 360 support to customers experiencing financial difficulty with their mortgage arrears.
Business Unit Overview
The Mortgage Customer Solutions contact centre is responsible for resolving mortgage arrears for Bank of Ireland Group customers in financial difficulty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide early intervention and management of mortgage pre-arrears and arrears customers
* Work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to customer difficulties
* Develop and maintain knowledge of Bank of Ireland's policies and procedures related to mortgage arrears
