Regional Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental (QSHE) Manager - Ireland
We are currently seeking a Regional Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental (QSHE) Manager to join our team in Dublin.
This role will be responsible for delivering effective management and control of the Quality Systems & Regulatory Compliance across the 2 sites in Ireland.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be a member of our region's senior management team, responsible for managing the regions SHE strategy and objectives through compliance with Group policies and procedures, and in line with external statutory bodies requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct input to the review, update and maintenance of the Quality, Business manuals & product specifications for the Dublin Depot, with overview of the region.
* Maintain and comply with the relevant standards & external bodies to meet requirements for the relevant quality standards, whilst ensuring that the systems of the business comply with the company policy.
* Lead on the implementation of BRC9 systems and be the Management Representative during site external & customer audits.
* Management and maintenance of all Quality / Food safety policies as issued and directed by the Brenntag organisation.
* Control of all quality procedures and oversight of document control, and management of production and recording of CofA's, and other customer documentation.
* Manage the Customer & Supplier Complaint systems– to include complaint investigation and corrective action implementation, management of RIN system, non-conforming product and customer liaison.
* Drive Continuous Improvement in depot operations through monitoring of key KPI's identifying adverse trends and implementing, and with the support of the management team, remedial actions.
* Management of the on-site QSHE training programme and the maintenance of the relevant records.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and regulatory legislation, and liaise with various bodies, i.e. Health & Safety Executive (UK & NI), Health & Safety Authority (ROI), Environment Protection Agency (EPA), local authorities, etc.
