An Opportunity for an Experienced Recruiter
We are seeking a skilled recruiter to join our Insurance Recruitment Team as a Recruitment Consultant.
This role offers the chance to build strong relationships with various stakeholders in the industry, while gaining exposure to mid to senior-level roles across a range of clients, from SMEs and brokerages to large international companies.
Responsibilities:
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilize online platforms, social media, networking, and database management to identify top talent.

* Market Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the market to offer valuable advice on pay rates and conditions to both clients and candidates.
* Communication: Contribute to press releases, media communications, blogs, and company updates, including salary surveys.
* Performance Metrics: Meet core KPIs and sales targets by sourcing and managing own accounts and building key decision-maker relationships.
* Record Keeping: Accurately document candidate and client interactions on internal systems.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 1+ year of recruiting experience; previous insurance recruitment experience is highly beneficial.
* Traits: Inquisitive nature, confident communication skills, commercial awareness, results-driven attitude, and ability to perform under pressure.
