About Your New Role Review maintenance contracts, costs, and allowances to spot any issues.
Create and manage detailed maintenance schedules.
Work with the Service Desk Manager, Service Managers, and customers to plan and prioritize tasks.
Order supplies on time as per contract requirements.
Identify ways to improve maintenance processes and scheduling.
Update jobs in the CRM system.
Answer Service Desk support calls.
Generate and issue purchase orders.
Respond to customer queries and provide status updates.
Review reports to flag any follow-up needs.
Prepare jobs for invoicing.
What Skills You Need 2-3 years of experience in a similar roleSome experience in scheduling (delivery and status of reactive and planned tasks using procedures and methods).
