The Role:
The Head of Marketing Transformation will lead transformative initiatives within the marketing department to enhance efficiency, modernise operations, and align with broader business goals. Reporting directly to the Marketing and Communications Director, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the marketing function.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver a marketing transformation strategy aligned with company objectives.
* Assess current processes, technologies, and structures to identify improvement areas.
* Set clear transformation goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
* Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and ways of working.
* Create communication and training plans to support team transition.
* Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
* Select and implement marketing technologies (CRM, automation, analytics) in collaboration with IT.
* Optimise workflows to enhance efficiency and cross-team collaboration.
* Establish best practices and consistent operating procedures.
* Recommend structural changes to support transformation goals.
* Identify skill gaps and develop talent strategies for hiring, training, and retention.
* Coach and mentor team members through change.
* Track transformation progress through defined KPIs and regular reporting.
* Leverage data and insights to drive ongoing improvement.
The Person:
* 7+ years experience in leading transformation initiatives, ideally within a marketing context.
* Strong background in change management, organisational design, and process optimisation.
* Expertise in marketing technology platforms such as CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to drive innovation and foster a high-performance culture.
* Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
* Demonstrated ability to coach and develop teams during periods of significant change.
The Offer:
* 22 days annually, increasing with length of service.
* On-call allowance.
