We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to assist our client, a semi-state body based in Dublin 4.
Job Description
The Procurement Administrator will serve as the initial point of contact for business inquiries related to the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for exposure to the procurement and commercial element of a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Procurement team with accurate details and documentation entry into the ERP system.
* Collaborate with the business to support and enhance improvements in the area.
Requirements
* 1-2 years' administration experience in a similar environment.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines with confidentiality and discretion.
* Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
* Experience of using Dynamics AX or other finance/accounting systems.
* Good customer service experience with the ability to deal with challenging customers.
* Experience in the use of MS Office suite.
* Fluent spoken and written English.
