Rockwell College is seeking to appoint a Senior Rugby Head Coach to build on and maximise the structures currently in place to support rugby across all levels of the school. This is a key role within our sporting community and will involve direct coaching of the Senior Cup team as well as working collaboratively with the Head of Rugby on the overall planning of senior rugby.
We’re looking for someone who has:
1. Experience coaching at schools' level
2. Formal coaching qualifications
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. A positive, inclusive approach to engaging with young people
5. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team setting
This role requires flexibility to support training sessions, matches (including weekends and school holidays), and attendance at relevant meetings and events.
