The Welder will be responsible for welding our steel structural components and preparing them for shot-blasting and painting. Produce parts to a high quality and standard, and in an efficient manner to meet production and shipping demands.
**First round of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete four weld tests in Killarney, Co. Kerry**
Responsibilities
1. Complete welding of structural steel components for our products.
2. MIG/ MAG welding processes.
3. Use of hand held welding torches, programmable welding cars, robotic / CNC welders.
4. Single pass and multi pass welds.
5. Follow company welding procedures and specifications.
6. Lifting and moving components.
7. Adhering to quality control standards and inspections, repair of welds as necessary.
8. Cleaning and dressing welds (removing spatter, imperfections etc.) following weld completion.
9. Removing defective welds and completing repairs as required.
Qualifications / Experience / Requirements
10. Welder qualification.
11. 3 years’ experience.
12. Must have the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
13. Must be available to work shift 06:30 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:30 rotating every week.

The
