This leading four star hotel with significant meeting and event business requires an experienced Meeting & Events Executive to help ensure the efficient and accurate administration of the M&E department, resulting in a stellar meeting service for each client. A sample of key responsibilities includes: Overseeing the client experience from initial enquiry to post event Preparation of proposals/quotes for various meetings & events (social and corporate) Event diary management Liaising with all other hotel depts as required Keeping up to date knowledge of all hotel products, services and promotions Giving show-arounds to potential clients as required Event reporting The ideal candidate will have at least three years experience as an Meeting & Events Coordinator/Executive within a four star hotel. You will demonstrate excellent planning and organisational skills with strong IT and systems knowledge.
