We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to lead the hospitality sales of our client, a well-established design agency with offices in Dublin and Galway.

As the Business Development Manager, you will spearhead growth initiatives, focusing on nurturing existing client relationships while converting leads into long-term, valuable partnerships.
What You’ll Bring
We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven professional who is:
Experienced: At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally with exposure to the print, graphic design, or hotel industries.
Well-connected: Established relationships within the hospitality or experience in hotel marketing will be highly advantageous.
Self-motivated: Passionate about your career growth and eager to take advantage of the opportunity for uncapped earnings.
Client-focused: Strong commitment to delivering the highest levels of service and support to clients.
Relationship-oriented: Skilled at building and maintaining lasting client connections.
Organised: Excellent time-management and multitasking skills with the ability to operate independently.

A full Irish clean driving licence is essential.
What You’ll Do
Partnering closely with senior leadership to drive account growth and develop innovative sales strategies.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Delivering compelling credentials presentations, preparing competitive quotations, and closing sales.
Managing larger or more complex orders, particularly with new clients, with the support of in-house teams.
