**Job Title:** Senior Total Reward Analyst
We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical Senior Total Reward Analyst to join our team in Clonmel, Ireland. As a member of our Total Rewards team, you will play a key role in shaping our employee experience through the design of competitive compensation packages, analysing market trends, and developing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
About the Role:
The Senior Total Reward Analyst will be responsible for evaluating present programs, researching compensation trends, and advising Human Resources and management on Total Reward programs and systems. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a global network of Total Reward analysts within Boston Scientific and participate in regional and global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluates present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation trends to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
* Uses job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepares market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay).
* Advises, educates, and coaches Human Resources and management on Total Reward programs and systems.
* Represents Total Rewards and/or serves as project manager on specified initiatives.
* Reviews existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommends appropriate course of action.
* Responds to and resolves a variety of escalated compensation and benefits issues.
* May be responsible for health and welfare programs, capital accumulation, sales compensation, executive compensation, and benefits, base pay, and incentive plan administration.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
* Proven experience as a Total Rewards Analyst desirable/preferable or in a related HR role.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation analysis tools.
* Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong project management and prioritization skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus.
* Some flexibility to travel when required.
