Role Overview:
As the Customer Service Representative, you'll play a central role in ensuring every customer receives exceptional support throughout the service process. From managing bookings and coordinating workshop schedules to communicating service updates and following up post-visit, you'll ensure customers are informed, supported, and satisfied at every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers at the depot
- Plan and manage service appointments
- Communicate and confirm visit details with customers in advance
- Ensure availability of required resources
- Manage appointments and communicate effectively
- Proactively upsell relevant products and services
- Welcome customers onsite in a professional and friendly manner
- Clarify repair types
- Convert service requests into repair orders
- Obtain formal customer authorisation for quoted work
- Liaise between workshop and customer for updates
- Follow up post-service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support with vehicle loan bookings and invoice processing
- Promote the benefits of using online service platforms
