Business Analyst/ Project Manager – Limerick
Atrium UK is looking for a Business Analyst and a Project Manager to support a client in the Limerick Area. These roles are 6+ mth initial contracts within the Risk, Information Products & Control team and will be based in Limerick. You will be required to attend the office 3 days a week and can work from home 2 days a week (In country: Ireland).
The Business Analyst and Project Manager will perform various risk-focused activities including due diligence and performance monitoring. The Risk, Information Products & Control team are responsible for ensuring the team meets all of its regulatory and compliance requirements and the management of clients, investment managers and partners.
Responsibilities:
* Delivery of complex, global change projects adhering to regulatory, compliance & risk requirements
* Execute additional contractual arrangements with specified providers and support negotiations and oversight
* Establish new membership/participant arrangements if required
* Support operations engagement with all providers regarding the establishment of new securities/cash accounts, transition of assets. Complete all regulatory and oversight reporting with all providers
* Manage regulatory KYC compliance process. Maintain & distribute effective project reporting tools & controls
Essential Qualifications:
* Good comprehension of the Asset Servicing industry and the role of a Global custodian or back-office settlement services
* Extensive business analysis/project management experience in financial organisations preferably in capital markets, investment firms or financial services
* Evidence of a hands-on approach to program delivery with the ability to understand and resolve issues as required
* Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, elicitation, process mapping, gap analysis, scope document creation & benefit analysis
* Knowledge of custody specific services preferably on settlements, entitlements, Nostro & treasury transactions
* Ability to work collaboratively with internal & external stakeholders for E2E Project delivery
* Agility to adapt application, process improvements & workflows required to perform the BA role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Communication skills for handling both technical and non-technical teams, ability to interpret problem statements and drive results
* Problem solving, analytics, influencing, facilitation and consensus building
* Dynamic relationship building, conflict resolution and partnership skills
* Prior experience of managing calls, driving meetings to achieve planned objectives with operational and technical stakeholders
