ResponsibilitiesLead facilities management functions, including vendor oversight, critical infrastructure, and amenities like hospitality, fitness, and food services.Develop and manage annual and multi-year operating and infrastructure capital plans.Ensure risk mitigation and operational excellence through effective financial stewardship and vendor management.Collaborate with internal teams to align on regional programs, priorities, and contingency planning.Support sustainability initiatives and draft communications for building disruptions or operational changes.About YouBachelor's degree in business, facilities management, architecture, or engineering (graduate degree preferred).10+ years of experience in real estate management, including project management, asset management, and facilities operations.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire within matrix organizations.Expertise in financial stewardship, operational risk management, and real estate finance.Calm under pressure, customer-focused, and skilled at navigating ambiguity.Be part of a global real estate team that manages over 11 million square feet of space and provides world-class facilities for associates, visitors, and clients.
