About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Irish solicitor or barrister to support our firm’s growing Ireland-focused legal practice. You will work with a team of like-minded professionals, advising on Irish property law, conveyancing, professional negligence, and related legal matters from our Sydney-based office.
This role is contract-based with an hourly rate, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with clients and legal professionals across Ireland while based in Australia.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advising on Irish property law, conveyancing, and landlord-tenant matters
2. Handling professional negligence claims and related disputes in Ireland
3. Providing legal research, drafting, and advisory services on Irish legal issues
4. Liaising with Irish-based clients, solicitors, and barristers as required
5. Supporting the firm’s expanding Irish legal practice remotely from Sydney
About You
* Admitted to practice law in Ireland (Solicitor or Barrister)
* Experience in Irish property law and/or professional negligence matters
* Strong legal research, drafting, and advisory skills
* Ability to work remotely with Irish clients and legal professionals
* Self-motivated with the ability to manage caseloads independently
