Marketing & Content Manager
Morgan McKinley is working with a client in banking and financial services based in Dublin South.
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Content Manager to lead the development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns and content strategies.
About the Role:
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and performance across multiple channels.
* Support the Head of Marketing in shaping marketing and campaign strategies to align with business objectives.
* Oversee the end-to-end creative development process, managing agencies and internal teams from concept to execution.
* Lead Go-To-Market initiatives for campaign launches and updates, ensuring seamless execution, stakeholder coordination, and timely delivery of all assets.
* Collaborate with the Paid Media Manager to plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across search, social, and display channels.
* Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and implement optimizations in collaboration with media partners and analytics teams.
* Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
About You:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy, with a strong focus on performance marketing.
* Proven ability to drive growth and engagement through content and digital marketing initiatives.
* Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing tools to track and optimize performance.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
Requirements:
* Experience managing external agencies and creative partners.
* Background in media agencies is a plus.
