Job Summary:
We are currently looking for ambitious and sales driven individuals to join us as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Responsibilities:
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn to manage the whole recruitment cycle including:
Building and Nurturing Relationships with Candidates: You'll be proactively reaching out to potential candidates, creating strong and lasting relationships. This involves understanding their career goals, preferences, and qualifications, which will help you match them to the most suitable job opportunities. Building trust and rapport with candidates will be essential to maintaining a pipeline of qualified professionals.
Sourcing, Screening, and Selecting Candidates: You will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for temporary nursing positions within various healthcare facilities. This includes using multiple platforms and tools such as job boards, social media, and networking events to find the right talent. Screening resumes and conducting initial assessments will be part of your daily tasks to ensure candidates meet the specific requirements of the roles available.
Conducting In-depth Candidate Interviews: Conducting comprehensive interviews is crucial to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, experience, and overall suitability for specific roles. You will develop strong interviewing skills, learning how to ask the right questions to gauge not only technical expertise but also cultural fit and professional demeanor.
Developing and Maintaining a Network of Healthcare Professionals: Building a strong network within the healthcare industry is key to ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates. You will engage with healthcare professionals through various channels, including industry events, online platforms, and referrals. Maintaining relationships with these professionals will help you quickly meet the staffing needs of healthcare facilities.
Collaborating with Healthcare Facilities to Understand Staffing Needs: Working closely with healthcare facilities to understand their unique staffing requirements is a vital part of the role. You will act as a liaison, ensuring that you fully understand the specific qualifications and experience required for different roles. This collaboration will enable you to provide tailored recruitment solutions, meeting the needs of both the employer and the job seeker.
Providing Recruitment Solutions and Support: Based on your understanding of both the candidates’ profiles and the healthcare facilities' needs, you will offer expert advice and solutions. This includes presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and providing feedback to candidates. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless recruitment process, resulting in successful placements that benefit both parties.
