You will play a critical role in managing client relationships, leading advertising campaigns, and driving initiatives to achieve client objectives. Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships and understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
2. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to develop comprehensive advertising strategies that align with client objectives and target audience insights.
3. Take ownership of developing and managing budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
4. Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth, while maintaining profitability for both the client and the agency.
5. Collaborate with the business development team to develop proposals, pitch presentations, and strategic plans to win new business and drive agency growth.
6. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to clients.
7. Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.
8. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in our strategies and services.
Requirements:
9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field; Master's degree preferred.
10. Proven track record of successfully managing advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
11. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
12. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and external clients.
13. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
14. Proficiency in project management tools, budgeting software, marketing and analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
15. Knowledge of advertising industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
16. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive business growth.
