The Clifden Station House Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and creative chefs to join our team for the 2025 season.
A passion for food and a positive attitude are a must for this role. You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to work in a high volume, excellent quality hotel environment and bring a wide range of skills to ensure that food is served to the highest standards.

We are looking for:
1. 2 x Chef de Partie
2. 1 x Pastry Chef
3. 1 x Breakfast Chef
The successful candidates will:
* Be qualified chefs and will be able to carry out all general duties.
* Have relevant experience working in a busy kitchen, preferably in a hotel.
* Be able to run a section smoothly and efficiently.
* Efficiently take directions from Head Chef and/or Sous Chef.
* Have worked in an English-speaking environment and will speak good English.
* Be passionate and innovative in their cooking.
* Be legally allowed to work in Ireland.
* Have been trained in HACCP requirements and general kitchen duties.
Job Type: Permanent Full Time
Hours: You will be required to work 40 hours per week.
