What You'll Do As an HR team member, your key responsibilities will include: Recruitment and Onboarding: Supporting the hiring process by identifying talented individuals, assisting with interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Support:
Acting as a first point of contact for staff queries, providing guidance on policies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Training and Development:
Coordinating training sessions and helping employees develop skills to excel in their roles.
HR Administration:
Maintaining accurate employee records, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law.
Team Engagement:
Promoting a culture of recognition and well-being through employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management:
Assisting in appraisals and supporting managers in driving performance within their teams.
Who You Are We're looking for someone with: A background in retail or customer service, preferably with team leadership or supervisory experience.
A passion for helping others and a genuine interest in HR and people management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A detail-oriented approach and good organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for problem-solving and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
