Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.Create compelling property listings, advertisements, and promotional materials.Utilise various marketing channels, including online platforms, social media, signage and print media to promote properties.Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.Generate leads, screen prospective purchasers/tenants accordingly, coordinate & conduct property viewings.Provide guidance and assistant to buyers.
Intermediate negotiation process, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, incentives, legal requirements, and related matters.Develop networks and collaborate with legals, construction team and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of sales.Generate and manage relative documents and registersMaintain accurate recordsAddress after-sales queries & issues promptly and efficiently.Implement property improvement initiatives to enhance value and attractiveness.Core Competencies Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability the build and maintain client relationships.Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evening and weekends if requiredOrganisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management abilities with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Team Player: Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a positive work environment.Problem Solving and Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to identify issues, assess risks, and develop effective solutions.
