The Role
This is a full-time position working in a professional office environment. As a Helpdesk Administrator, you will be an important member of our team with responsibility for supporting our helpdesk ticket system and monitoring cloud environments.

Requirements
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Good planning and organisational skills with excellent time management

* A minimum of one year's experience in a similar position
