Job Description
The Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of learning solutions across the client site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with the business to ensure curricula adequately reflect job responsibilities and compliance-based activities.
* Identify, analyze, and determine solutions regarding learning gaps.
* Create, revise, and implement training and related documents, ensuring all documents are well written and executable.
* Evaluate effectiveness of existing and planned learning interventions.
Deliverables:
* Training Coordinator Portfolio Management
* Client Management
* Curriculum Architecture and Assignment
* Instructor Delivery (if internal)
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role
* Experience in technical writing
* Demonstrated program/project management skills
* Experience with learning & development and SOP business processes
Preferred Qualifications:
* M.S. degree in Instructional Systems Technology, Performance Technology, Adult Learning, or related experience/education
* Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment
* Experience in supplier oversight
Work Environment:
* 8 hour days – Monday – Friday
* Travel may be required
