At Brummell and Co, we love everything bridal and are looking for an Assistant Manager who shares our passion. We are seeking an inspirational, energetic Assistant Boutique Manager with a love for fashion and bridalwear. As Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store and providing exceptional customer service.
Your purpose will be to efficiently manage the daily operation of the store, including sales, customer service, operations, administration, communication, and merchandising. You will also be expected to handle customer inquiries with professionalism, ensuring that every bride has an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience.
In addition, you will assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increase sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

* Train and develop new staff members.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance.
* Implement store policies and procedures.
* Ensure a clean and organized store environment.
* Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
* Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
* Conduct regular staff meetings.
* Maintain accurate records and reports.
* Assist in marketing and social media efforts.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide feedback and performance evaluations to staff.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
