* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using various platforms and techniques to match client requirements.
* End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including advertising roles, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews, and negotiating offers.
* Market Research: Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide strategic insights to clients and candidates.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of clients and roles.
* Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to legal and company standards, and maintain accurate records using our recruitment software.
* Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
* Strong understanding of the life sciences, engineering, or finance sectors is a plus.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using recruitment software, CRM systems, and job boards.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
