About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Projects Director to join a dynamic engineering consultancy team in Mullagh, Kells, Co. Meath.
This role is ideal for a seasoned engineering project manager eager to oversee civil and structural projects while leading and mentoring a team of professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing design processes, verifying technical outputs, and contributing to the company's strategic growth.

Responsibilities: • Oversee and verify both civil and structural designs to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Manage and coordinate design processes for a variety of engineering projects.
• Work closely with the senior management team to develop business strategies and explore emerging markets.
• Assist in managing design teams and ensuring optimal resource allocation.
• Monitor and manage project KPIs, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support financial planning and assist in achieving company financial targets.
Requirements: • At least ten years' experience in an engineering consultancy or related field.
• A third-level qualification in engineering (Level 8 or higher).
• Proven experience in project management within civil and structural engineering.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and projects effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to manage project documentation efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
