We currently have a position for a Customer Support Representative working for our client in Co Kerry. This opportunity would ideally suit candidates with an interest in technology or someone who has worked in a client or customer support role, ideally with ticketing & problem-solving experience. Please note the working hours for this role are rotational shifts (7AM – 10PM) but will be rotated weekly.
Required Skills:
* Previous Call Centre experience
* Knowledge of ITIL service delivery best practices
* Experience with Windows 10
* An understanding of MS Office applications/O365
* Knowledge of Apple Mac/iPad a plus
* Have worked in/with a Citrix environment in the past a plus
* An understanding of Lotus Notes database structure and usage a plus
