We currently have a position for a Customer Support Representative working for our client in Co Kerry. This opportunity would ideally suit candidates with an interest in technology or someone who has worked in a client or customer support role, ideally with ticketing & problem-solving experience. Please note the working hours for this role is rotational shifts (7AM – 10PM) but will be rotated weekly.
Required Skills:
1. Previous Call Centre experience
2. Knowledge of ITIL service delivery best practices
3. Experience with Windows 10
4. An understanding of MS Office applications/O365
5. Troubleshooting Hardware (Lenovo desktops / MS Surface devices)
6. Knowledge of Apple Mac/iPad a plus
7. Have worked in/with a Citrix environment in the past a plus
8. An understanding of Lotus Notes database structure and usage a plus
