We currently have a position for a Customer Support Representative working for our client in Co Kerry.
This opportunity would ideally suit candidates with an interest in technology or someone who has worked in a client or customer support role, ideally with ticketing & problem-solving experience.
Please note the working hours for this role is rotational shifts (7AM – 10PM) but will be rotated weekly.
Required Skills: Previous Call Centre experience Knowledge of ITIL service delivery best practices Experience with Windows 10 An understanding of MS Office applications/O365 Troubleshooting Hardware (Lenovo desktops / MS Surface devices) Knowledge of Apple Mac/iPad a plus Have worked in/with a Citrix environment in the past a plus An understanding of Lotus Notes database structure and usage a plus What we require from you: Fast learner and good logical thinking Good investigative and reporting skills Ability to learn/apply/retain large volume of information Prepared to be flexible in regard to working time when required Ability to work under pressure while ensuring a good standard of work Ability to Troubleshoot and analyse issues while suggesting improvements and workarounds Candidates must be able to display why they want a job in IT and be able to talk to that interest and/or experience If you are interested, please apply or email
