Duties and Responsibilities of the Role: Greet and assist guests during the night shift check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing any special requests or concerns Monitor the hotel premises, entrances, and common areas to ensure the safety and security of guests and the property.
Respond promptly to any security issues or emergencies Provide exceptional customer service to overnight guests, addressing their needs, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally.
Manage late-night reservations and walk-in guests, ensuring rooms are allocated appropriately and efficiently Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts, generating reports, and handling financial transactions accurately.
Update daily revenues in Alkimii accurately, daily fact sheet with the correct information, Prior to night Audit ensure correct rates on Rate check report, file daily checks delivered by outlets, paymasters are extended, PF are checked out before night run and re-checked in so that other revenue departments can post their daily transactions, Oversee night staff, including front desk agents and night auditors, F&B team working on site and ensure duties are executed effectively and professionally Address and resolve guest complaints or issues during the night shift, taking appropriate actions to ensure guest satisfaction and retention.
Ensure that the hotel's physical appearance and public areas are well-maintained and presentable throughout the night Maintain awareness of emergency procedures and take the lead in handling emergencies during the night shift Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to address guest needs and ensure a smooth operation during the night and perform night rounds Prepare and submit night reports to the hotel management, highlighting any notable incidents or guest feedback Handle cash, credit card transactions, and financial operations accurately and securely during the night shift Requirements for the role: Previous experience in hotel front office operations or night management.
