Overview of the Position
Servisource, part of Cpl, is seeking a Client Services Manager to manage and develop sales for strategic business growth. The ideal candidate will have health and safety qualifications and industry experience.
The successful candidate will create new opportunities and build relationships with clients to increase sales performance.
Duties of the Role:
* Collaborate with management to plan corporate strategy and identify new opportunities.
* Cultivate relationships with existing clients and build new business relationships.
* Deliver and convert new business leads in the sales pipeline.
* Review costs to ensure alignment with targets.
* Stay up-to-date on market developments to commercially exploit opportunities.
* Create a professional profile in relevant sectors to secure new relationships.
* Attend industry events to stay informed about market developments.
* Ensure effective use of systems and information logging.
* Maintain weekly KPIs and quarterly targets.
Role Requirements
* Minimum 2+ years Business Development experience, including telesales, cold calling, client visits, and field sales.
* Diploma in Health and Safety or higher, or relevant industry experience.
* Previous experience in the training sector is desirable.
* Strong written and oral communication skills, and proficiency in English.
* Full proficiency in IT systems and Microsoft Office suite.
* Positive attitude with internal and external stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Proven record of achieving and exceeding targets/KPIs.
* Ability to work independently.
