Job Title: Finance Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our client's team in Dublin 4. This is an initial 6-month contract with possible extensions.
About the Role:
This hybrid role will involve working 35 hours per week, with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote (with the possibility of adjusting this schedule after the initial few weeks). The successful candidate will be employed as an agency employee and paid an hourly rate of €41.56, resulting in an annual salary of approximately €75,633.
Key Responsibilities:
* Management accounting, including monthly accounts and variance analysis;
* Preparation of statutory annual accounts for audit;
* Dealing with the Comptroller & Auditor general;
* Budgeting and forecasting;
* Finance risk management;
* Procurement;
* Governance.
Desirable Experience:
* Previous experience in a public sector or higher education institution would be advantageous;
* Integration of new processes and finance/project management systems.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you must have relevant skills and experience in finance management, preferably with a background in public sector or higher education institutions. Additionally, experience in integration of new processes and finance/project management systems would be welcomed.
