Job Title: Community Engagement Coordinator - 12 Months Secondment

Role Description:
You will work within the Community Team engaging directly with a global work from home community. Your role will involve driving global community participation levels, coming up with new and exciting ways to motivate, engage and retain members of our community. You will have responsibility for reviewing community output against customer targets through data analysis and taking the necessary actions to ensure customer deliverables are met.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Task Management such as polling and assignment based on customer needs and requirements
* Working on new initiatives to improve and enhance existing email/SMS/phone communications with our online global community
* Analysis of weekly/monthly reports and follow up with key action items to ensure full customer satisfaction
* Ability to take program related ideas/suggestions forward and assist in the implementation of new content on our Global Community Platform(s)
* Creation of periodic surveys, compilation and analysis of results
* Participation in regular interactive webinar sessions and creation of webinar content
* Involvement in the creation/enhancement of new/existing community initiatives
* Collaboration with our Media Team to create ad hoc community videos/content
* Weekly review and analysis of community output on a country by country basis & following through on any action items as necessary
* Work with the senior coordinator and your manager to determine daily task assignment actions
* Focus on driving up community retention & engagement levels on an ongoing basis
* Contribution in meetings with functional managers/team leads if required
* Compilation & issuing out large volumes of communication to homeworkers
* Ensuring that inbound queries/incidents are responded to in a timely, professional and responsive manner

Requirements:
* 1+ years’ experience working in a global/multinational environment
* Proficiency in Excel is essential including experience using pivot tables
* Research experience including conducting of surveys and data analysis is an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are essential to this position
* Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
* Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time efficiently
* Flexibility and willingness to support multiple functions/business units when required
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on diligence and accuracy
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: €33,000.00 per year
