Requirements Demonstrable experience in procurement or commercial management, preferably in a high-growth or complex environment. Comprehensive knowledge of procurement practices, contract management, and supplier evaluation. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance frameworks. Track record of implementing sustainability-driven procurement strategies. Proficiency in using procurement software and technology. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Leadership qualities and experience in team development and management. CIPS qualification or an equivalent credential is highly desirable.
