Immediate About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Personal Assistant to support our client in Dublin 2.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a legal PA and be ready to commence work immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, type, and file legal documents efficiently.
Manage correspondence and respond to clients' enquiries in person, via email, or by telephone.
Organise diaries, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
Perform audio typing from digital dictation, transcribe interviews, and conduct legal research.
Gather information required for cases, such as accident reports or medical records.
Handle scanning, photocopying, and faxing tasks.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Personal Assistant.
Proficiency in preparing and managing legal documentation.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Immediate availability to start.
