Our busy client in the Cookstown area requires a Technical Sales Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will drive new business sales and promote the company's business to prospective customers while maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure order targets are met. An attractive package, including commission, is available for the right candidate.
Criteria:
* Previous field sales experience within the Construction industry (Essential)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* IT skills
* Numerical skills
* Self-motivated and target-driven
Duties include:
* Leadership and Vision - together with the National Sales Manager, ensure continuous sales growth through direct sales, price negotiation, and proactive development of new sales.
* Organisational Structure - to continually develop sales opportunities across the product range to remain relevant in the Irish Construction sector.
* Customer Relationships - engage and manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and follow up on potential leads.
* Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits.
* Establishing new business.
* Maintaining accurate records.
* Attending trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
* Reviewing sales performance.
* Negotiating contracts and packages.
* Working towards monthly or annual targets.
* Qualification of leads received.
* Updating CRM.
* Submitting weekly sales reports.
