Medical Device Process Technician in North Dublin
Cpl have been asked to support our client, who are a global leader and heritage brand name in the manufacture of medical device products and technologies for over 125 years.
The company is a pioneering specialist in the healthcare industry, producing unique and market-leading image-guided therapy equipment and cancer care products and treatments.
As their plant in Dublin continues to undergo a significant expansion in 2025, they are now looking to recruit a number of Manufacturing Process Technicians for their 2-cycle shift operation in their facility in Swords.
Working on 2 rotating shift patterns (7am to 3pm and 3pm to 11pm Monday to Friday), they are offering an industry-leading salary, bonus, pension, healthcare, overtime, etc.
These job opportunities are for an initial 23-month fixed-term contract with the company direct. These are not agency contracts; they are staff employment contracts with a planned start date of early to mid-January / February 2025.
The job is an initial 23-month contract offering a competitive base salary, shift premium, overtime, as well as healthcare and bonus after completing probation periods, with the potential to transition to full-time employment at the completion of the contract.

Manufacturing Process Operator Description:
1. The job requires the manufacturing operator to be flexible and maintain focus whilst under pressure.
2. It is essential that the manufacturing operator comes from a high-volume manufacturing background with a minimum of 2 years direct experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment.
3. The manufacturing operator should be able to multitask and solve problems that arise in the warehouse, resolving them quickly and efficiently.
4. The successful manufacturing operator should have the ability to work on their own initiative.
Minimum Requirements:
1. At least 2 years high volume experience is required.
2. Excellent communication skills are essential for the job.
3. The manufacturing operator must be able to multitask and have a proven track record.
4. Good problem-solving skills are necessary.
5. Experience in FMCG, Drinks, Food, Chemical, Pharma, or Semi-Conductor industries is an advantage.
6. A team player attitude is essential.
