Job Title: Front Office Manager
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front Office Manager to join our client's team at their 4-star hotel in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of reception and its staff, including staff training and development, reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing group reservations, and liaising with other departments such as Sales and Revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the front office team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
* Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and quality of service.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
* Manage group reservations and handle any related issues.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a hotel setting.
* Knowledge of Online Travel Agency (OTA) Extranets is advantageous.
* Working knowledge of Hotsoft System preferred.
