We are offering unique opportunities for specialisation and mentorship within a private physiotherapy setting. We are seeking Chartered Physiotherapists to join our ever-expanding private practice in the heart of Ireland. We currently have 3 - 4 full-time positions available, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive, and highly-skilled clinical environment.

What you should have
* A Degree or Masters in Physiotherapy, with current registration as a Chartered Physiotherapist and CORU registration in Ireland
* New grads or young physiotherapists to commit to our 2 year intensive mentorship programme OR at least 3 years of post-graduate experience to specialise in MSK, Sports, Paediatrics, Women's Health or Neurology
* A commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering high-quality, evidence-based care
Additional Desirable Skills (for different roles)
* Pitch side and acute sports injury management skills
* Deep Dry Needling
* Paediatric MSK and/or neurology experience
* Complex pain and an interest in the psycho-social elements of pain
* Biomechanical assessment or orthotic prescription skills
* Pilates training and experience
* Strength & Conditioning or advanced sports rehab experience
* Women's health
* Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Cancer Care skills
* Schroth or scoliosis management training
* Adult neurology experience or training
* Cervicogenic headache, vestibular and TMJ experience

What you'll be doing
* Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing personalised treatment plans for patients focusing on the underlying cause as opposed to treating the symptoms
* Delivering evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and the use of specialised equipment with autonomy to do so within the ethos of our clinic
* Monitoring patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and communicating effectively with clients through to discharge while liaising with other healthcare professionals
* Contributing to the overall growth and development of the clinic through participation in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives
* Availing of our established and structured mentorship programme providing high-quality CPD
* Maintaining detailed and accurate patient records, in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
