Job Summary:
An Admin Assistant is required to join a busy department based in Dublin 8. This role offers an immediate start and a competitive salary.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform general administrative duties such as correspondence, post, typing, photocopying, and filing.
* Log all enquiries and telephone calls, prioritizing tasks and keeping the supervisor/manager informed of progress and activities.
* Assist in drafting and issuing letters, memos, and general information to internal customers, clients, and the general public.
* Possess and maintain local databases and records.
* Collaborate with various departments to deliver planned services within your department.
* Liaise with other departments to achieve optimal service levels.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive information and service users.
