The role of the Taxonomist and Information Architecture Specialist is to maintain and evolve taxonomies, metadata, ontologies & knowledge graphs to surface meaningful product-related content to our customers, as well as collaborating with our internal stakeholders to understand problems, identify improvements, and prepare for future product needs. As a Taxonomist and Information Architecture Specialist you will be able to use your skills and knowledge to influence and improve our solution, helping to achieve great outcomes for our customers.

Requirements
About You:
You thrive on collaboration and communication and seek out opportunities to instigate improvement. You have strong problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of, or experience in, semantic web technologies. You have a Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
If you have knowledge of the following, it will be advantageous but not required:
1. DITA and SEO
2. OWL
3. SKOS
4. SPARQL
5. RDF
6. Identifying and solving problems via custom scripts
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of Red Hat Linux on both a physical and virtual platform.
* Experience with deploying, configuring, and supporting Linux in a VMware environment.
* Experience with automation tools (Ansible) and patching using Red Hat Satellite.
* Providing multiple levels of support to help resolve incidents and problem resolution.
* Experienced in problem tracking, incident management, etc.
* Decommissioning of physical and virtual servers, monitoring live traffic on Kibana or similar monitoring tools.
