Software Sales Manager
The company is seeking a Software Sales Manager to drive the strategic growth of its sales department, oversee the development and execution of its sales strategy, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate with senior leaders to implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth targets in the UK and Ireland healthcare market.
* Team Management & Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing training, support, and development opportunities to ensure individual and team success.
* Revenue Growth: Drive sales performance and accelerate revenue growth across multiple segments, focusing on both existing customers and new business acquisition.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and unified approach to go-to-market strategies and customer engagement.
* Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports to senior leaders, identifying opportunities and challenges in real-time.
* Customer Insights & Market Intelligence: Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to continuously adapt the sales strategy and position the company as a market leader.
* Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead high-value negotiations, ensuring deals are structured to deliver maximum value for both the customer and the company.
* Key Account Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key strategic accounts and partners, ensuring long-term success and retention.
Requirements:
* Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in a senior leadership role within SaaS or healthcare technology industries.
* Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare sector specifically home and residential care, social care for adults and children, particularly in the UK and Ireland.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management experience with a track record of building, developing, and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
* Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in B2B sales, including developing sales strategies, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
* Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyse sales data, market trends, and customer insights to develop and refine sales strategies.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Results-Driven: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in the UK and Ireland Healthcare Technology Market: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance analytics platforms.
