We are looking to recruit an experienced Office Manager/Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy office environment. This role requires the candidate to be available to work full time at our offices on the North Road in Drogheda.
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
2. Experience in bookkeeping preferred but not essential.
3. A Team Player with excellent organisational skills, ability to prioritise, also comfortable working independently.
4. A solutions-based mindset, with an ability to identify opportunities for improvement in the operation of the Office Administration Function.
5. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
6. Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
7. Strong attention to detail.
8. Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment.
