About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic German Speaking Business Development Representative to join our expanding DACH sales team based in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and qualify new customer leads and opportunities in your market/territory through a mix of email, prospecting, social selling, and other tools.
* Create targeted prospect lists and personalize outreach to multiple stakeholders within key prospect accounts.
* Continuously build on your core skills and product/industry knowledge.
* Work with mentors to set goals for yourself and gain consideration for promotion.
Your Profile and Skillset
We are looking for a candidate with:
* Proficiency in English and German.
* Strong communication skills, including phone and written communication as well as active listening.
* Coachability and a team player mentality.
* An eye for detail, a curious nature, and strong planning skills.
* A self-starter attitude with a track record of hitting and exceeding goals.
