Data Center Services Procurement supports Data Center Global Services in obtaining the best services at the lowest costs, and manages the full "Supplier Lifecycle" including Strategic Sourcing and Intake, Onboarding, Solicitations, Spending and Transaction Policy (S&TP) Compliance, Contract management, Supplier Development, and portions of requisitioning and payment operations.
Responsibilities
* Independently and cross-functionally deliver on projects/goals.
* Lead process improvement projects for procurement operations. Project manage implementation and engage stakeholders.
* Manage assigned supplier onboarding and qualification processes.
* Manage assigned tender events, and related follow-on contract generation supporting the category manager.
* Identify dashboard requirements for metrics reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement and develop training documentation.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
* Previous experience in a procurement role.
* Experience leading process improvements.
* Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
* Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
* Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
* Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
