Key Responsibilities: Welcoming guests, providing directions, and ensuring they are comfortable while waiting. Answering, screening, and forwarding calls promptly and professionally. Managing appointments, scheduling meetings, handling mail and deliveries, and basic office administration. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area, managing visitor logs. Addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience for all callers/visitors. Assisting with photocopying, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks. Maintaining accurate records of appointments, expenses, and other relevant information. Communicating with staff, vendors, and clients, both in person and over the phone. Creating engaging social media content when requested. Criteria: Grade C or above in Maths & English GCSE or equivalent Proficient in the the use of MS Office Strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of work Ability to work cohesively in a team environment Knowledge of online marketing tools Information: Hours of Work: Mon to Thurs 0830 - 1700, Fri 0830 - 1300 29 Days Annual Leave Private Medical Insurance Pension On-site Car Parking * Salary Negotiable based on Experience and Suitability
