Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily order fulfillment, packing, and dispatching to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in our CMS system, ensuring accessibility for all users.
* Address customer complaints and queries promptly and proactively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
* Manage webstore returns efficiently, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
* Lead the webstore warehouse team, assigning tasks and ensuring optimal performance.
* Negotiate competitive rates with logistics partners for efficient collection and delivery packing.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in modern webstore environments with a strong understanding of customer expectations.
* Hands-on expertise in supervising and managing order selection, preparation, and shipment.
* Proficient in using and operating INTACT systems and other relevant platforms.
* Strong customer service background with proven ability to resolve complaints effectively and efficiently.
* Skilled in managing webstore returns, focusing on process improvements.
* IT proficient with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels.
