About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Administrator to join our client's team in Dublin 12. This is a contract role initially, with the possibility of extension or permanency based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling engineers for work assignments
* Receiving and responding to customer calls and emails, identifying issues and assigning appropriate engineers
* Providing backup for general administration and ad-hoc duties
* Creating regular reports to support management decision-making
Requirements:
* Previous experience in scheduling or administration
* Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel
* Accurate data entry skills and good typing abilities
* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Professional communication skills for internal and external interactions
What We Offer:
