Job Title: HR Advisor (Grade IV Officer)
The Human Resources Directorate at St. Vincent's University Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of HR Advisor (Grade IV Officer).
About the Role:
This permanent position will provide support to various areas within the HR Directorate, including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, and Payroll.
Responsibilities:
* Discharge duties related to assigned areas within the HR Directorate.
* Provide comprehensive support to management teams and employees on HR-related matters.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Maintain accurate records and databases related to employee information, recruitment, and training.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
You will also have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
A degree in Human Resources or a related field is essential, along with significant experience in an HR-related role.
