Job Title: Community Operations Analyst (Hebrew speaking market)
Main Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support requests and potentially abusive content.
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Stay knowledgeable about client products and community standards.
* Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions for community support.
* Analyse data to improve the user experience.
* Recognise trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions.

Contract Details
* Full-time, permanent contract with Covalen.
* Salary:
o €29,700 per year base salary.
o 25% salary uplift for late hours (10pm-2am), up to €30,200 per year.
o €12 per day (before tax) as travel allowance.

Working Hours
Candidates choose between Day shift (9am-5:30pm) or Evening shift (6pm-2am). No rotations. Monday to Friday, occasional weekends and bank holidays.
