Your Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes predominantly within the SaaS, GTM, and Tech Sales Space.
* Conduct high-volume phone screens to build robust talent pipelines.
* Source and attract top talent through proactive outreach strategies.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic guidance on hiring decisions.
* Ensure a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
* Maintain recruitment systems with the highest level of data integrity.
* Collaborate with operations and leadership to drive process improvements and optimize recruitment strategies.
* Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to enhance hiring processes and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
* Partner with HR, Legal, and other internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a recruiter with a strong track record of achieving hiring goals and implementing hiring strategies that drive measurable impact.
* 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either in-house or agency settings.
* Sales recruiting experience within a startup, tech, or SaaS environment is essential.
* Proven ability to manage the full recruitment process, meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
* Experience collaborating with hiring managers and teams in various global locations.
* High-volume recruiting experience across multiple levels and functions.
* Strong ability to leverage business acumen and technical expertise to optimize recruitment processes.
* Ability to navigate complex hiring environments and deliver results efficiently.
