About the Role:
The PMO Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our business efficiency by providing expert support and guidance to our Project Management Managers.
This position involves overseeing the activities of project managers, governing the delivery of internal and external projects through our PMO, and ensuring that our project management processes are consistently applied across the organization.
The responsibilities of the PMO Manager include day-to-day management of the PMO's activities, implementation of agreed-upon project management processes, tooling, and methodologies, and provision of guidance on PMO policies and processes.
The PMO Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with other departments to define, prioritize, and develop projects, allocating project management resources, stakeholder management, project performance, project and portfolio reporting, pipeline planning, risk, and issue management.
Key Responsibilities Include:

* Implementation of project management processes, tooling, and methodologies
* Collaboration with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
* Allocation of project management resourcing

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and excellent organizational and technical skills. They should be able to demonstrate expertise in project management disciplines and have experience delivering project management services within both waterfall and agile project approaches.
